No Surprises Act

The “No Surprises Act” is a law that protects against surprise medical bills. Under this law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate if you are not seeking to file a claim with your insurance plan. Due to this, I ask all clients if they intend to utilize their insurance. I make every effort to prevent surprise medical bills by clearly disclosing the rate charged by me in advance of any session, and by collecting the total amount due from you, or from the person financially responsible for your care, when services are received. To learn more about your rights under the No Surprises Act, you can visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-877-696-6775. You may ask me for clarification about billing or request a Good Faith Estimate at any time.
